In my experience it does a good job at keeping the puzzle intact and sticked on but when it came to rolling it up and storing it it felt a bit flimsy.
They work okay in my experience.
The only thing was that a big jigsaw got slightly pushed in on itself as it rolled but it wasn t hard to straighten it all out when you unrolled it.

I happen to use them myself on my puzzle table.
It can be laid out on the floor or dining room table then when you re done working on it for the day it can be rolled up and put away for later.

So you can work the puzzle without a table i like doing them on the bed.
Would it be possible to get some sort of large piece of cardboard or poster board and simply slip in under a table or bed.
You would not want to leave too many loose pieces around the edges in this case though.
